PDF instructions
For the sake of the environment, PDF instructions are sent in digital format only. We do not currently plan to send CDs by post. The purchased manuals will be made available as download links on the order confirmation page after payment has been made.
You will also receive an e-mail with the respective download links after receipt of payment. The links are valid for 30 days from receipt.
Larger orders, which are based on a cost estimate via Paypal, are made available for download via our Hidrive cloud. The download is free of charge for you, but there may be charges from your mobile phone provider. We therefore recommend that you only download at home.

3D printing components
All 3D printing components are sent by Deutsche Post, either as insured registered mail or uninsured. In both cases, the shipment can be tracked online and the status can be viewed on the Deutsche Post website.
Shipping time can take up to one month, depending on the items ordered and the current order volume.
Return items must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping in the original packaging.
Please do not return any items without first consulting us.

Cancellation Policy for Digital Content
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
In the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract. Your consent and confirmation are given during the ordering process, before the digital content is made available, when you place the order.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Note: Your statutory rights, in particular statutory claims regarding defects in digital content, remain unaffected.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
This applies only to the extent that the legal requirements for an exclusion of the right of withdrawal are actually met.
Note: Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected by your right of withdrawal.
