The electric locomotives of the E 17 series are express locomotives that were procured from the late 1920s. They reached top speeds of 120km / h and weighed around 111 tons. They were the first express locomotives with a 1'Do1 'wheel arrangement and were built by manufacturers such as AEG and SSW.
The model consists of approx. 1448 individual parts and can, if desired, be motorized with up to two power functions pull motors. The other electrical components can be found inside the large housing. Both chassis are rotatable.
The model was specially developed for the use of "Big Ben Bricks" railway wheels.
