The small locomotives DR Kö II "Köf" were locomotives of the "Deutsche Reichsbahn", which were developed and built for light shunting tasks. In the years between 1933 and 1965 a total of 1114 examples were built by manufacturers such as Borsig, Deutz or Henschel.
The finished model can be motorized with a Power-Functions M-motor. This sits in the vehicle floor and drives both axles by means of a worm gear. This drive concept results in a prototypical driving behavior. The IR receiver is located in the driver's cab and the power supply is provided by an old 9V battery box. The instructions are available in yellow, red and black. This is the black variant.
