Class 2300 locomotives are Australian diesel-electric locomotives that were rebuilt by Queensland Rail between 1997 and 2002. A total of 60 locomotives were rebuilt by the Redbank Railway Workshops. A turbocharged V12 diesel engine is used to generate energy, which has an output of 2480 hp.

 

The finished model consists of approx. 1504 individual parts and has a length of approx. 60 nubs. The model can be motorized with up to two Power Functions traction motors. The IR receiver and the battery box are located inside the locomotive. Motorization using Powered Up should also be possible. The driver's cab is fully equipped and the roof can be easily removed. Various SNOT techniques are used during construction in order to recreate the contours of the model as best as possible. The model is available in two colors, this is the dark grey_cc781905 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_der PRL Railways.
