The DR BR V36 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn or WR 360 of the German Wehrmacht was a shunting diesel locomotive with an axle load of around 14 tons. The power was 360 hp. It was specially developed and built for use in potentially explosive areas. The power is transmitted via a jackshaft and drive rods, similar to a steam locomotive. After the Second World War, this locomotive continued to be used under the designation BR V 36 and was finally decommissioned in 1981 by the DB and in 1985 by the DR.

The model can be motorized with a Power-Functions L-motor, which sits vertically in the driver's cab, the infrared receiver in the front area and the battery box in the middle of the locomotive, whereby an optimal weight distribution is achieved. All three axles as well as the jackshaft, to which the axles are connected via a coupling rod, are driven.

The model was specially developed for the use of "Big Ben Bricks" railway wheels and our 3D printed dummy wheels.
