The DR BR 81 is a tank locomotive of the Deutsche Reichsbahn, which was developed for the shunting service. 10 of the 81 series were built in 1928, which were gradually withdrawn by 1963.
The model consists of approx. 766 individual parts and is approx. 36 knobs long. Inside, a Power-Functions M-Motor, the accu or battery pack and the IR receiver are installed in the tender. The wheels are driven by the worm gear, which has already proven itself in the V60. So this model has a high pulling power.
The model was specially developed for the use of "Big Ben Bricks" railway wheels.
