PDF instructions for building a railway ferry, as used in places where bridges are not practical or financially worthwhile. Rail ferries are equipped with one or more rail tracks and allow the safe transport of rail vehicles.
The finished model consists of approx. 1550 individual parts and is approx. 98 studs long. It has one rail track on which models with a total length of 80 studs can be transported. The barriers can be opened by hand for entry and exit, the roof of the cabin can be removed. The model is equipped with numerous other details, such as the indicated lower deck entrance or the bollards for lashing. The underside is equipped with gliders, which allow the ship to be optimally manoeuvred over carpeted floors.
