The locomotives of the DB BR 143 series, formerly DR BR 243, are electric locomotives, which were mainly designed for passenger and medium-weight freight train service. 646 units were developed and built by LEW Hennigsdorf. These locomotives reach top speeds of around 120 km / h and have been in retirement since 2008.
The finished model consists of around 1571 Individual parts and can be motorized with up to two Power-Functions XL motors as required. Motorization with powered-up is also possible due to the size. The roof can be removed in two parts in order to operate the switch on the battery box. The built-in gearbox is designed so that the customer can choose between maximum power or speed.
The instructions are available in two different colors. This is the DB variant in standard red.
The model was specially developed for the M bikes available here.
