The DR BR 80 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn were compact shunting locomotives that were built by various manufacturers between 1927 and 1929. Originally 39 locomotives were built, seven of which still exist today.
 The model can be motorized with a Power-Functions M-Motor. This is installed vertically in the boiler next to the battery box. The IR receiver is located in the coal depot, which is open at the top.
 The model was specially developed for the use of "Big Ben Bricks" train wheels, but can also be equipped with standard LEGO wheels with small adjustments.
